Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made.
Once Work Has Started
Because our services involve dedicated time, tools and third-party costs, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for work not yet started may be refunded, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.
Advertising Spend
Amounts paid directly to advertising platforms (such as Google or Meta) are governed by those platforms and are not refundable by us.
